Remember that episode of the Simpsons where Homer goes back in time, kills a fly, travels back to the current era and everything is different?

That, ladies and gentlemen, is why I try to spend at least 10 dollars at the local non-chain shops each week.

Any thoughts?

Oh yeah......about to upload an Almond Joy commercial.

Also, when will we get more "Hancock's Half Hour"?

Around here, everything is a chain store. About the only thing that isn't, are a few mom-and-pop used book stores and little restaurants.

I must be way in the "sticks" then, nothing here is a chain store. There's a Piggly Wiggle and Burger King but that's just about it for chain stores. Most are local owned food placses and empty stores though.
